Privacy Policy

Who we are

AstroForge: Idle Miner is developed and published by Chaotic Game Studios. This policy explains what information the game handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: the game runs entirely on your device and we operate no game servers. We have no accounts, no sign-in, and we never see your save file or how you play.

Information we collect

Chaotic Game Studios itself collects nothing. The data the game uses falls into these categories:

• Game progress — stored locally on your device only. There is no account system and no cloud save; you can back up your save manually via the export/import option in Settings.
• Purchase records — Google Play purchase tokens used to verify your in-app purchases and restore them on reinstall. We never see or store your payment card.
• Advertising identifiers — a resettable Google Advertising ID, used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads.
• Basic technical data — device model, OS version, and crash/diagnostic data collected by Google Play and AdMob, used only to keep the game stable.

How the information is used

• To save and restore your game progress (locally on your device).
• To verify and restore purchases with Google Play.
• To display ads via Google AdMob (rewarded ads you choose to watch, and an occasional interstitial after an expedition).
• To respond to support requests you send us by email.

Advertising

The game shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob uses your device's Advertising ID and general device data (such as approximate location derived from IP) to serve and measure ads. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required (EEA/UK), the game asks for your consent choices on first launch via Google's consent platform, and you can change them at any time in the game settings. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Google settings under Ads → Delete Advertising ID. The one-time Remove Ads purchase removes all ads permanently. In-app purchases

Optional in-app purchases (Remove Ads, income multipliers, crystal bundles, starter pack) are billed by Google Play and subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies. Virtual items and currencies have no real-world value and are not refundable except as required by law or Google Play policy. A Restore Purchases option in the game re-grants your non-consumable purchases after reinstall.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information — we don't have any. Data is shared only with:

• Google (Play Billing, AdMob, and Play crash reporting) — governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Law enforcement, when required by a valid legal request.

We run no analytics or tracking of our own. All game data stays on your device.

Your choices

• Delete local data: clear the app's storage or uninstall it — your save is gone with it.
• Remove ads: purchase the Remove Ads unlock, or reset your Advertising ID to limit personalization.
• Ad consent: revisit your personalized/non-personalized ads choice in the game settings (EEA/UK).
• Refunds: managed through Google Play's refund process.

Data retention

Because game data lives on your device, retention is under your control — deleting the app removes it. Purchase verification records are retained by Google Play per their policies. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Children

AstroForge: Idle Miner is not directed to children under 13, and ads served to users who indicate they are under the age of consent are restricted accordingly through Google's consent tools. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the game after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
